At The Clover Mill, our aim is to help rebalance your body, mind and spirit by nurturing you with Ayurvedic techniques, meals and gentle yoga whilst being immersed in nature. Staying at the mill gives you permission to relax, to put yourself first, to contemplate your life and who you are.

 

Our Ayurveda & Yoga retreats run throughout the year starting on most Fridays but also sometimes in the week. In addition to our regular programme we have several special themed retreats with dates specified below. Select the retreat to find out what is included in each package along with an example timetable.

Enjoy being away from the pressures of work, family, and social media. Taking time for yourself can reset your priorities and make you mindful of taking care of yourself long after you have left The Clover Mill.

This special retreat is aimed at anyone suffering from gluten-intolerance, stress, anxiety, depression, stiff aching joints, digestive issues, chronic tiredness, skin issues, sugar cravings or wanting to lose weight.

The Clover Mill is delighted to be hosting a weekend for Sense Adventures who offer guided activity holidays to blind and sighted groups. Owner of Sense Adventures Dee is herself visually impaired and aims to provide the sort of relaxing break she had often sought for herself but could not find.
