Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and the final 50% should be paid four weeks before your visit.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your stay then your deposit can be used to book a retreat within the next 12 months. It will not be refunded.

If you cancel after this time, then provided we can fill your place (we currently have a waiting list for most retreats) then you will have a full refund (minus a £25 administration charge). Otherwise your payment will not be refunded. If you have annual travel insurance, then it might be worth you checking if you can claim if you have to cancel at short notice. Or have a lucky friend on standby! If The Clover Mill can’t operate for your retreat then you will be able to move your booking forward to another retreat within 12 months.
