At The Clover Mill, our aim is to help rebalance your body, mind and spirit by nurturing you with Ayurvedic techniques, meals and gentle yoga whilst being immersed in nature. Staying at the mill gives you permission to relax, to put yourself first, to contemplate your life and who you are. Enjoy being away from the pressures of work, family, and social media. Taking time for yourself can reset your priorities and make you mindful of taking care of yourself long after you have left The Clover Mill. 

You will stay in one of only six luxury stylish eco-lodges overlooking the lake. Five lodges can be twin or a superking double and one larger Orchard view lodge has a double bedroom with a double high-quality sofa bed in the lounge.

Your retreat will give you an introduction to Ayurveda and yoga with practical tools for you to begin to incorporate ayurvedic lifestyle practices for vibrant health into your everyday life.

Retreats start with dinner at 7pm on the first day and you can arrive from 4pm; check-out is 4pm on the last day.

You will receive:

  • Two or three nights accommodation

  • Personal ayurveda dosha (body type) assessment

  • 2 personalised Marma Abhyangas (ayurvedic massage with warm herbalised oils)

  • 3 yoga classes to calm and re-set (beginners welcome) 

  • Freshly prepared, ayurvedic, vegetarian, gluten-free meals (vegans and intolerances happily catered for)

  • Homegrown herbs, fruits and vegetables 

  • Home-brewed balancing herbal teas

  • Use of steam room, relaxation areas and grounds

  • An introduction to Ayurveda talk

  • Dinacharya talk and self-massage lesson
