Introduction to Ayurveda and Cooking Weekend

You’ve been asking for cooking retreats so we're running the first one March 22-24th! You will still have yoga classes and a massage so not all the time in the kitchen, but you will have several talks and sessions to cover:

  • Principles of ayurvedic diet and cooking

  • The six tastes – how and when to use

  • Vegetable prep the ayurvedic way

  • How to prepare and cook pulses

  • Use of herbs and spices

  • Gluten-free and vegan

  • Energy balls

  • Healthy bread/savory muffins

Price: £695 per person for two sharing an eco-lodge, £845 single eco-lodge, £535 day attendance only (from breakfast until after dinner) - B&B accomodation can be arranged.
